Who Is Justin DaRosa?

My name is Justin, and I'm the founder of UCF! As someone who was
an overweight athlete for most of my life, I know what it takes to get on
the right track to a long, healthy life. 

 Losing weight and living a
healthier life after many years of bad eating inspired me to become a
Personal Trainer. I have 9+ years of professional training experience
and I’ve loved every bit of it! 

Training really became a passion for me
when my clients would reach their goals and express how happy they

 I felt great when I was losing weight and ultimately met my goals,
but it feels amazing when you’re seeing clients and friends reach their
