Corporate Bootcamps & Sports Team Training
Healthy employees are HAPPY employees! Our corporate bootcamps make it easy for everyone at the office to get a great workout and learn about nutrition and fitness. We also work with young athletes and sports teams. Our sports team training is age and sports specific while focusing on quickness, agility, speed, and strength.
Senior power hour follows the same principles and structure of our UCF Small Group Fitness program while adapting to the needs and necessities of seniors to help them maintain strength and lead a healthier lifestyle. This is an on-site bootcamp; UCF will come to your community center or facility with our equipment and give your seniors a great workout!
